We could not get out garage door to work. We called around noon on Saturday. He asked me if the springs were broke, something I had been looking at but didn't know that was the problem. Our garage is about 18 years old. Person answering phone said it would be about 1 1/2 hours. He arrived within the hour. The price he quoted was the price he charged. He also suggested we replace the rollers which we did. He showed us how to maintain the rollers and springs. Worth every penny. He was gone in about 75 - 90 minutes.
